In today's society,high blood pressure is a very common condition.As of 2018 adult hypertension prevalence rate has reached 23.2% in our country,the old man is easy to appear,once fell a seizure,it is difficult to get treatment in the first time.This paper designed and implemented an "Internet + medical" intelligent monitoring system based on wearable sphygmomanometer,which can realize real-time monitoring of the user's blood pressure parameters and location.The system mainly realizes the following functions:1.Real-time collection of blood pressure and location information.Real-time automatic collection of blood pressure and position is realized by using single chip microcomputer and sensor technology.In addition,the blood pressure measurement algorithms were deeply studied.Data processing is carried out by using amplitude coefficient method,variable amplitude coefficient method and amplitude coefficient method based on gaussian fitting.Comparing the three groups of measurement results,the amplitude coefficient method based on gaussian fitting is the most accurate.2.One-click for help.When the user is not feeling well,one button starts the GSM of SIM808 module to send location SMS to the phone of the preset contact.3.Data transmission function.GPRS technology with high network coverage and low cost is selected as the wireless transmission scheme of the system.The MCU sends the collected real-time data into the GPRS module.GPRS establishes TCP/IP connection with the background by using AT instruction,transmits the blood pressure and location data to the monitoring system,and stores the data into the database.4.Webpage monitoring.It uses the SSM framework technology based on J2 EE,MySQL database,B/S architecture and JSP technology.This system divides into the system user and the ordinary user,the system user includes the administrator and the medical personnel;Ordinary users refer to guardians.All three types of roles can be logged in through the browser to perform operations within their rights.Finally,the system is tested as a whole.The hardware acquisition terminal can automatically collect blood pressure and location information every 5 minutes,and transmit real-time data to the background server through the GPRS module.Users can access the data through the browser.The system could also be used in other wearable electronic medical devices,which could be optimized and extended to medical institutions or nursing homes.
