| This paper belongs to national science and technology support plan subject of the "twelfth five-year" plan, 2015BAL03B03, named after the renovation and application demonstration of traditional rural dwelling construction technology.With the upsurge of the current rural tourism boom, the development and utilization of the historic village is more and more common because of its deep cultural connotation. Based on the phenomenon, we needs to focus on the research of the relationship between each system in the historic village instead of the types,quantity and value of its historic element. The existing research on the protection and development of historic village, mostly focus on the subjective balance strategy, and lack of objective quantitative research. The adverse effects on the ecological environment are increasingly obvious because of the development of historic village,and the related research is less. This paper introduce the quantitative analysis method of coupling theory, add to the care of ecological environment, to explore how to moderate the development of the historic village more rationally, and make the village more dynamic on the basis of reasonable protection.The building process of Evaluation system is as follows:(1) Construct the system framework. Based on the characteristics of coupling theory, system theory and coordination theory, the framework of the evaluation system was built as heritage, ecologic, economic, society to fully evaluate the coupling level among the historic factor, ecological environment, economic and social development during the village continued evolution.(2) Construct the index system. Based on the existing kinds of index system, the coupling mechanism was taken as the important rules in the selection of indicators to reflect the interaction between each system. Make use of entropy principle to determine the index weight by objective data to response the importance of index objectively without presetting the index weights, and respect the diversity of the historic village types.(3) The coupling coordination degree evaluation. Evaluate the system couplingcoordination degree by use of the relevant formula of coupling and coupling coordination degree in physics to reflect the strength of the interaction between each system, and form certain guiding role to the development of the future.Take Wang-jia-chan village in He-bi city as the analysis object based on the above framework. The conclusions is as follows:(1) For the wang-jia-chan village, the dominant factor of heritage system is " the number of buildings and structures that already listed archivist files and put up plate to protect" and "cultural space". The dominant factor of the ecologic system is the arable land accounts for the village domain area. The dominant factor of the economic system is "the first industry output value proportion" and "the tertiary industry output value proportion". The dominant factor of society system is "village's health technical personnel number".(2) During the study period, the villages is in the government's social policy subsidy stage from 2005 to 2009,ecological resource development stage from 2010 to2013, economic development stage based on cultural heritage tourism from 2014to2015. The coupling coordination degree of this stage are in the medium phase, but the growth of the coupling coordination degree is slow or has started to reduce.(3) Optimization control measures of the village. Money should be invested to improve cultural heritage and the ecological environment to promote economic development in this way and change the profligate use of cultural heritage, ecological resources for economic development mode. Thus it brings the improvement of social environment, and can, in turn, provide better environment for the development of the economy. The mutual promotion and inhibition between each system make the village as an organic whole. |
