Interchange is a key node in road networks,Whether it can meet the actual demands of the whole road network functions is a key factor to road networks function developed.At present,China has built a large number of interchanges.For the previous scheme selection study a lot of research has been done,a large deal of experience accumulated.However,for the completion of a large number of interchanges in use,whether its actual operation situation can adapt to the actual requirements on traffic,safety,economic and other aspects.There isn't a reasonable and comprehensive evaluation theory method.Therefore,evaluation results for the actual operation of existing interchanges are not accurate,so that the relevant departments about whether an interchanges needs to be transformed,made an inappropriate decision,.Thus resulting partial interchanges can still adapt to the needs of being transformed,Cause resource and economic wasted.And because of the long construction period,the traffic network in the construction of road traffic will also be caused serious interference.At the same time,some can't meet the needs of the interchanges without reformed timely,causing serious traffic problems in the area.In view of this situation,the theory and method of evaluation of interchanges adaptability were studied in this paper,In order to evaluate the existing interchanges,and provide a theoretical basis and methods for finding out the actual use of existing interchanges.This paper mainly do the following aspects of the research work:1.This paper introduces the main evaluation methods used in project evaluations,and analyzes these methods,points out the advantages of various methods,the use of the scope and the shortcomings of its own methods.2.In view of the evaluation of existing interchanges,this paper puts forward the concept of the generalized adaptability evaluation of interchanges,and expounds the connotations and characteristics of the generalized adaptability evaluation of interchanges.3.Based on the theory of the adaptive generalized interchanges,this paper constructs a evaluation index system of five aspects: function of traffic,traffic safety,economy,environment and landscape and traffic facilities aspects and so on.And the various indicators were analyzed.4.This paper puts forward an improved DHGF integration method on the basis of studying the characteristics of different evaluation methods,which is a generalized adaptive evaluation model for the existing interchanges.In different steps,the appropriate evaluation method is adopted to avoid the deficiency of the single evaluation method,so as to lay the foundation for obtaining the scientific evaluation result.5.Finally,using the evaluation method proposed in this paper,the adaptability evaluation of Sigongli urban interchange in the Nanan District of Chongqing city was carried out,identified the interchange of adaptability level at present.It shows that this method can be applied to the evaluation of the generalized adaptability of interchanges,and the evaluation model of interchanges generalized adaptability is verified in this paper.
