At present,in the aspects of mountain area interchange design,the type of interchanges is relatively single,the scale and the actual needs are not matched,the construction cost is high,and there are also many other problems,such as the unreasonable qualitative positioning of the interchanges.In the aspects of interchange scheme evaluation,indexes in different evaluation methods or selection methods are not the same,at the same time,there are no unfied standards in the selection of the evaluation indexes for mountainous interchanges.Therefore,the evaluation results obtained by different methods always are different.So in this paper,the above problems are studied,the main research results are as follows:Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the main concepts and characters of mountain areas,then based on the related research literatures,this paper summarizes the characteristics of mountainous interchanges and the common forms of interchanges in the mountainous areas,and their characteristics are briefly described;Then,the common control factors in the mountainous for interchanges design are analyzed in detail.And summarized the countermeasures should be taken in the design.Secondly,in view of the problem that the evaluation indexes system of the general area interchanges can't match well with the evaluation of the mountainous interchanges,On the basis of the control factors and the characteristics of mountainous interchanges,and the index system of the evaluation of interchanges in general areas,a new index system for the evaluation of mountain interchange schemes is put forward in this paper.In order to avoid the deficiencies of single subjective weight or objective weight evaluation method,the AHP and DEA non uniform grey correlation method is introduced to the evaluation of mountains interchange project in this paper,then proposed a new evaluation method based on the theory of AHP and DEA's non uniform grey relational theory for the mountain interchanges.Finally,take the Xiakou interchange as an example,three different design schemes were carried out,and a brief analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme has be given.Then the three design schemes are compared and evaluated by the evaluation model based on AHP and DEA's non uniform grey relational theory of mountain interchange.The evaluation results show that the design scheme(variant "turbine" interchange)is the best scheme among the three schemes.The practicability and effectiveness of this method are verified.
