The Research On The Impact Of The Land Urbanization To Green Space Rate Of Built District In China

Under the background of fast urbanization in our country,exploring the influence of the land urbanization to the green space rate of built district,which can provide scientific theoretical guidance for the development of urban green space construction.First of all,this article will divide the land urbanization,which including urban land expansion,land capital investment,land use structure adjustment,land requisition.Theoretically explain the four types of land elements on the influence of the rate of urbanization.Secondly,extracting the relevant factors of index and indexing correlation inspection,to ensure the accuracy of the empirical analysis.Finally using the time series data from 1996 to 2013 and the provincial panel data,through econometric analysis exploring the elements of the land urbanization to the influence of the rate.The empirical analysis shows that:(1)The theoretical analysis showed that: the increased green space rate of built district are the result of urban land expansion,land capital investment,land structure adjustment and land requisition.(2)The empirical analysis that :urban land expansion,land capital investment,land structure adjustment and land requisition have a long-term equilibrium relationship with the green space rate of built district.And they have positive correlation.(3)According to the time sequence data,urban land expansion,land structure adjustment and land requisition are the important powers of influence in the green space rate of built district increased in VAR.They have positive periodic trends.The influence of urban land expansion is negative firstly than turned positive.The influence of the land capital investment is positive firstly then turned negative.The influence of land requisition has a less volatile as a whole.Land structure adjustment is in a short period of time on proper elements of urbanization rate is increase of the largest contribution to the land,the contribution of urban land expansion is higher than the land requisition.(4)According to the provincial panel data,the common factor regression showed that the strongest influence is urban land expansion from 1996 to 2013.Land structural adjustment is higher than the land capital investment.Among them,the growth of urban land expansion variable each 10%,the green space rate of built district will increase by 1.28%;On behalf of the adjustment of land use structure variable every 10%,the green space rate of built district is increased by 0.93%;On behalf of the land capital input variable increased every 10%,the green space rate of built district is increased by 0.50%.The year by year regression showed,urban land expansion influence and the influence of land structure adjustment from strong to weak.Land capital investment growing clout.
