Research On Service Quality Management Of Power Equipment Commissioning Engineering Of B Company Based On IT System

With the continuous maturity and development of the power industry,the homogeneity of products of power manufacturing companies has become more and more serious,and the competition between companies has become more and more fierce.Service quality has become more and more important for the survival and development of power companies,and has become an important way and means for power companies to improve their competitiveness.With the rapid development of computer and network technology,various information management systems and means have been continuously developed and improved.Many enterprises through the way of information,to achieve effective monitoring of daily business activities,quality of service control and tracking management.This paper mainly takes B company’s engineering service quality management as the research object,combined with B company’s current engineering service business process and management status,to find out the existing problems in engineering service quality management,and analyze the reasons.Then,with the help of IT information system,proposed solutions for the existing problems,so as to improve and enhance the engineering service quality management level of B Company.This paper mainly studies the service quality management problems of B Company’s power equipment commissioning project according to the ideas of finding problems,analyzing problems and then solving problems.Firstly,starting from the current situation of B Company’s engineering service quality management,the problems in B Company’s current quality management are found through questionnaires and interviews.Then,the causes of these problems are analyzed through cause-and-effect diagram.Finally,combined with literature analysis,the IT system design scheme is proposed,so as to improve the service quality management level of B Company,customer satisfaction and industry competitiveness of B Company.
