The balance rate of the production line is the main indicator to ensure the production efficiency of the mechanical processing production line.It is closely related to the overall production capacity of the production line and affects the level of production costs.In the processing of engine products,the line balance of the cylinder block production line is a key factor in improving the production efficiency of the engine production chain.However,due to the complicated process of the cylinder block production line,the large number of types and quantities of equipment,and the difficulty in coordinating the production cycle,it often leads to a lower line balance rate and becomes a constraint on the processing efficiency and production cost of the production line.This article uses the lean production line balance theory to address the problem of low production efficiency,lack of actual production capacity,bottleneck processes and idle processes in a certain cylinder block production line,resulting in equipment and personnel cannot make full use of the high production costs,proposed line balance adjustment based on variable beat method Methods:Firstly,measure the cycle time of each process on the production line,and calculate the balance rate for improving the front line;then apply the 5W1H method and ECRS principle of the line balance theory to analyze the flow and factor analysis and continue the bottleneck process and idle process of the production line.Improve and get a gradual improvement of the line balance rate.The main findings of this paper are as follows:1.Perform part analysis and process analysis on the existing cylinder block production line,measure the beats of each position in the production line by using the beat determination method,and analyze the process and factor analysis by building the production line balance diagram to measure the bottleneck process.For rough two holes-semi-finished seven holes(143s)and ram cylinder wall(150s)process.2.By applying the 5W1H method and the ECRS principle of the line balance theory,the method of eliminating redundant motions,reducing the safety distance of work,optimizing the sequence of machine operations,increasing the fast forward and retreat speed of the machine tool,and improving the work advance speed,and improving the process Such as replacing the hydraulic motor,replacing the hanging wheel and rectifying the directional device and other methods,effectively improving the cycle of the bottleneck process of the machining production line,reduce equipment investment,improve equipment utilization,and increase production line production capacity.3.The number of operators and processes in the production line can be reduced through job reorganization,dismantling removal,personnel reduction,etc.,and ultimately,a single machining man-hour for the cylinder block can be reduced,and the overall efficiency of the production line can be improved.Effectively increase the balance rate of the cylinder block production line,the production line balance rate increased from the previous 70.6%to 77.6%.4.Through the exploration and application of improved machining bottleneck processes and idle processes,a standardized process for equilibrating the cylinder line processing line based on lean production was established.Based on the above,this paper proposes a method to improve the machining bottleneck process and idle process based on the line balance theory 5W1H method and ECRS principle,and proposes a method for improving the balance rate of the machining line of cylinder parts and components,which helps to improve The company's lean production management,and the establishment of a standardized process for processing the cylinder block production line,can provide reference and guidance for the application of similar processing methods and production management to improve the production process.
