| With the continuous improvement of the people’s awareness of the energy conservation and environmental protection and the efforts of the national environmental protection measures continue to increase,building materials innovation is constantly promoting and deepening.Concrete small hollow block has the advantages of the energy saving,thermal insulation,high strength,light weight,regular shape,good durability and other good characteristics.It is a new type of materials that only combines the masonry and concrete capability together.And also,it is the best building materials to replace the traditional clay brick.According to statistics,all kinds of block buildings has reached a total area of 80,000,000 square meters building block not only has better economic benefits of technology,but also has great social and environmental benefits on soil saving,energy saving,waste utilization and other aspects.Therefore,the production quality and production cost of block is more and more attention,the building quality management of block construction has been gradually paid attention to,and become an important research topic.First of all,block as the main building materials,the quality of its products is particularly important.The production technology and equipment of small concrete hollow block in our country have been introduced,the development course of digestion has been realized,but there are still some problems in the process of production.In some manufacturers,due to the change of production conditions,production process is not perfect,the block production process has become unstable,leading to high failure rate of the system,products of quality is not stable,high cost and other issues.In the first part of this paper there is a manufacturer of block production problems of analysis,investigation and research,finally to optimize production process,mainly including feeding of raw materials optimization,the mixing optimization,molding optimization and maintenance optimization.Secondly,block construction often meets reinforced concrete wall,the compression and shear strength of reinforced concrete wall is directly related to the quality and safety of the entire block construction.This paper respectively analyzes the shearing of unreinforced and reinforced masonry wall,which were compared from the design theory and calculation method,sums up the effect factors of shear resistance of the reinforced masonry wall,especially the reinforced masonry wall of high ratio.As another important construction material,grouted concrete and masonry mortar,their quality and performance is needed to be paid enough attention to.This paper analyses the effect factors of block and masonry from the point of view of the test.The results show that when the expansion rate is 0.031%~0.490%,filling hole and the surrounding block body are bonded strongly and no seamless and block cracks.Finally block construction quality management were analyzed,and the main points of quality control are discussed in this paper from the aspects of project management,construction,quality detection and so on.The masonry construction quality management is analyzed and some control measures are given before,during and after building.So as to ensure that the quality control measures of the block of construction project are successfully implemented.Consistency test method to block construction quality is given by hierarchical analysis method at last. |
