Research On Construction Of Intrinsic Safety Management System Of Ying Kou Power Plant

With the development of economy and social progress, the state put forward higher requirements and standards of the work of production safety in enterprises. Power enterprise is an important part of the electric power industry, its production process is very complex, the technology is more advanced, high level of automation, safe production is also facing new challenges. In this paper, based on reading a lot of literature on the theory of safety management, through the investigation of safety management in power generation enterprises, put forward safety management ideas and the construction of intrinsically safe type of power generation enterprises. Mainly to introduce the essence of safety management system in Huaneng Yingkou power plant is necessary and feasible, and the further study and design of the implementation of the construction of Yingkou power plant safety management system for the protection of the work flow.This thesis begins with the background and significance of the topic are introduced. The situation of production safety management of the domestic power enterprises are analyzed and put forward the research ideas and methods; secondly introduces the power enterprise's safety management content, essential safety management concept, characteristics and principle of PDCA cycle theory, through the Yingkou power plant the research object is comparative analysis of several commonly used methods of safety management and safe production management problems, put forward the necessity of introducing the essence of power plant safety management system; finally, according to the management factors of intrinsic safety management system and the use of PDCA cycle theory in the actual production requirements, design a set of Yingkou power plant construction safety the workflow management system, in order to effectively enhance the security of Yingkou power plant safety production work.Research show that the essence of safety management is the most advanced and scientific thinking mode of safety management.It is the inheritance and development of the electric power safety management,safety production risk management, power safety assessment and so on.At the same time in the power plant construction of intrinsic safety management system is feasible and effective,and with essence safety management system for continuous operation of the constrction unit of intrinsically safe level and the safety performance will continue to improve.
