Building Construction Enterprise Security Management Problems And Countermeasures Research

The construction industry is a high-risk sector, the construction enterprise securitymanagement is one of the key issues related to long-term development. In order to improvethe level of safety management for the construction industry, our efforts to build a safetymanagement system of the construction industry, and achieved significant results. Unevendue to the level of safety management of construction enterprises, some enterprises ofproduction safety awareness is not strong, high quality on-site construction personnel,management methods and means backward factors, the construction process safety incidentsstill when there become one of the problems of the focus of attention. Therefore, how toimprove the safety management of construction enterprises, control safety accidents is thereal problem to be solved.Start from the concept of comprehensive security management of constructionenterprises, enterprise security management system in order to build the building to try toenhance the safety management of construction enterprises a breakthrough in buildingconstruction enterprise security management system based on the PDCA cycle methodapplied to the construction of system safety management theory enterprise securitymanagement system in order to improve the traditional the construction enterprise securitymanagement model, in order to achieve prevention in advance, reducing safety incidentspurposes. This paper completed the following work:1. Summed up the problem of safety management of construction enterprises in China;2. Summarizes the characteristics of the building construction production andconstruction safety accident, on this basis, analysis of the reasons for the construction safetyaccident;3.
