With the continuous development of economic globalization and information technology,economic exchanges and trade between countries become more and more frequently,which make transportation and logistics industries develop rapidly.How to improve the whole efficiency of container transport system and the competition between port and port have been a problem.As an important transit point to connect terminal and cargo owner,container yard's operation efficiency plays a crucial role in the container logistics system and also makes a critical impact on the customer service evaluation.Container yard crane is a key unit in the container yard,who is mainly responsible for container loading and unloading,its operation speed is not only related to the shipment of wharf apron,but also relates to the container car outside the terminal to take container,so its operation efficiency is the key indicators of container yard and terminal service level evaluation.The container yard crane is very large,it walks slowly and of course makes high operating costs,so how to improve its operation efficiency,reduce its operating costs and improve the customer satisfaction have become the research hot spot currently.Based on container yard crane with wheel,this paper mainly studies the waiting time of container car outside and the walking path of container yard crane in the export container yard.After the reference of related literature at home and abroad and the container yard operation process,found that most of the literature about the scheduling optimization of container yard crane mainly study on crane walking costs or container car's waiting single,which lacks of the consider of crane's waiting time,researches combined container yard crane' walking costs and container car's waiting time relatively less,so this paper targets on the container yard crane's walking cost and the time container car waiting for crane and crane waiting for car by the way to set a time-widow to punish the waiting time,which can help to find a best past for container yard crane and can make a practical significance for the yard to reduce cost and improve customer service level.After the study of the research at home and abroad and the knowledge about the container yard crane' scheduling,use the simulated annealing algorithm by compare several algorithm which often use for scheduling optimization,then set models based on single container zone and several container zones,which are target on the minimum of the cost of container yard crane'swalking and the fine of the time of container yard crane waiting for car and car waiting for crane under the time-window,and uses simulated annealing algorithm for solving the two models.At the same time,this paper design a GUI interface according to the model of several container zones and several container yards.At last,uses the instance date to validate the validity of the model and the algorithm.The model and algorithm of this paper can help to improve the efficiency of container yard and reduce the operation cost,which can provide certain theoretical value and guiding significance for daily operation of the container yard.
