Combined with China's national conditions,Automated Mechanical Transmission is more widely used in Auto,this kind of transmission is based on the traditional mechanical transmission,use the electricity shifting mechanismon replaced manual mechanism shifting,for this transmission clutch is important.However the pressure plate is the key part to clutch's operating characteristics.Pressure plate in a high-speed,high shock and vibration conditions for a long period of time.Clutch transfer torque through the sliding friction between friction plate and Pressure plate.The pressure plate's temperature field,stress field and thermal strain are mainly affected by it's working conditions,material properties and combining displace,usually automotive manufacturers most attention this problem,so we should find a new way to research the AMT clutch pressure plate thermal characteristics.In the past the study of clutch pressure plate thermal characteristics are mainly focus on mathematical model,this method can help us find the pressure plate's temperature rise characteristic and impact characteristic,it is difficult to research pressure plate stress field and thermal strain.With the development of CAE,a large number of scholars get the pressure plate temperature field,stress field and thermal strain,but most of them were ignored the influence of working conditions,material properties and combining Displace.In addition most research of pressure plate thermal characteristics just focus on theoretical research,it is lack of experimental verification.So combine the result of finite element analysis with experiment,depth research the affect of working conditions,material properties and combining displace on AMT clutch pressure plate have an important significance.For this article,firstly,summarized some scholars' research on the clutch thermal analysis,Then combine knowledge of heat transfer with clutch pressure plate get it's temperature model,outlined the required parameters of the thermal analysis.Based on a clutch structure,established it's 3D model and finite flement model,according to the AMT clutch pressure plate work environment,the thermal boundary conditions were established.Secondly,apply ANSYS thermal analysis module,get the clutch pressure plate thermal characteristics under different working conditions,material properties and combining displace.This article also analyzes the pressure plate's temperature field distribution and multi-physical field coupling characteristics,revealed the variation of it'stemperature field,stress field and thermal strain,in addition test verification the finite element analysis.Finally,summarize the research content,get the thermal characteristics of AMT clutch pressure plate.
