The Economics Evaluation For Green Building Based On Full Life Cycle

Face with "shortage of resources" and "pollution" that is the two major probles in today's world,sustainable developent has become the focus of attention of the international community,green building as an important part of sustainable development has begun to attract attention.China is also actively respond to the sustainable development strategy,in order to fully implement the scientific concept of developent,accelerate the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society,enhance the level of ecological civilization,and to promote and develop green buildings in the construction industry.With the rapid development of green building in our country,the appropriate economic evaluation studies of green buildings is also increasing.In this paper,the status quo and the status of domestic and international green building rating system for green building research to study literature at home and abroad,it is proposed based on the full life cycle of green building economic evaluations.The use of cost-benefit analysis of environmental resources value theory and theory of green buildings "from cradle to grave" full life-cycle costs and benefits of the process of analysis,identification and estimation,and indicators to quantify this further monetary quantification,allowing more intuitive scientifically reflect green building economy.Meanwhile,the paper will AHP creatively into a green building rating system,to build a green building economic evaluation model.With this model the economic evaluation of the content of green building hierarchical modeling,build judgment matrix,the Delphi method to determine the index weight,calculated dimensionless processing,derived economics of green building rating standards,and finally through the "Green Building Economic Evaluation Form" and "green building economy rating form" arrive at a final rating conclusion.More intuitive use of engineering examples reflect green building with respect to traditional architecture with a better economy.Therefore,the evaluation of the Economy Green Building herein,is conducive to China to promote green building,so that people out of misunderstanding correct understanding of the benefits of green building,better investment opportunities.In short,green building not only bring economic benefits but also bring social and environmental benefits,ecological benefits,in line with the sustainable development strategy is "sustainable building."...
