With the constant deepening of reform and opening and the rapid development of domestic economy, the population urbanization process is accelerating at a fast speed in our country, high-rise buildings have sprung up increasingly in the cities. While people pursue the high-rise buildings, the demand for diversified construction function is growing at the same time. In recent years, there are not only the increase in layers and height of high-rise buildings, the size is also becoming more and more complex, and structural system is becoming more and more novel. Therefore,varieties of complex irregular overrun high-rise buildings appear increasingly, and the structure of each high-rise building has either commonness or individuality, both of them need to be specialized.This paper takes Building A of The West Dike Project in Blue County, Yan tian District in Shen zhen city as analysis object, which possesses a height of 119.5 meters,a complex overrun high-rise building with transfer layers and the frame-supported shear wall structure. This project exists overrun height, irregular torsion, excessive floor holes, discontinuous vertical lateral force resistance system such overrun problems. This paper carries out the seismic performance evaluation by the results of seismic calculation of the structure in minor earthquake, moderate earthquake and strong earthquake respectively, in order to verify the structure whether meets the requirements for seismic resistance or not, and propose the corresponding strengthening measures. Main work and results are as follows.(1) Adopted SATWE software to calculate and analyze for The West Dike Project in Blue County, and used ETABS Software to compare and analyze, verified the overall performance index and the internal force distribution of the structural member if comply with the specifications of design and the objective of seismic fortification,improved the accuracy of the structural analysis results in the meantime.(2) Used SATWE Model and ETABS Model, adopted the analytical method of elastic response spectra, evaluated and rechecked the bearing capacity of the structure under the moderate earthquake from the overall perspective and main lateral resistance member to verify if it reach the performance index set ahead of time.(3) Judged injury degree of main lateral resistance system, used perform-3D software to accomplish the elastic-plastic dynamic analysis, and according to the analysis results, demonstrated the force and seismic performance of the whole structure and important components under the strong earthquake, the suggestions forimprovement aimed at possible weak parts of the structure are put forward.Finally, this paper concluded that the overrun engineering could meet with the objective and specification of seismic fortification based on the study results of the architectural construction, and put forward the strengthening measures of the vital and important members.
