Plastic door and window with its energy saving, environmental protection and other advantageshas a large market share. Plastic door and window profile cutting problem belongs to the one-dimensional cutting stock problem, enterprises use software calculate profile optimization of material, but not combine with the processing of plastic door and window account of production scheduling, resulting the contradictions problem of plastic door and windowoptimization and scheduling optimization. In this paper, weare studied to solve the problem.This paper studies the mathematical model of one-dimensional cutting problem, selected the method of linear programming to solve plastic door and window profile cutting stock problem. Based on P. C. Gilmore and R. E. Gomory proposed delayed column generation method, using Python linear programming library. Module solving constraint knapsack subproblems and python scientific computing library Num Py module do Gaussian elimination operation, design and development of the material cutting optimization module. This paper was studied the problem of the conflict between plastic door and window profile optimization and schedulingoptimization, proposed joint planning algorithm of cutting and scheduling. Solving cutting stock optimization and scheduling optimization problems, according to the current market demand, choose to punctual delivery priority, taking into account the processing and the downstream material requirement; according to the results of thescheduling optimization to be cut into the sub material is divided into batches, batches do cutting optimization; on the enterprise product data mining, find common sizes of materials as the preferred delivery product; batch optimization profile with low rate, and the length of product in the preferred delivery product together material optimization.The results of this paper solve one-dimensional cutting problem instance, compared with the results of AB classification method and heuristicsalgorithm, this article calculate better result. According to the joint planning algorithm design and development of a joint planning module, through an example calculation and achieved good results, reduces the enterprise WIP and the number of scene, increase the equipment utilization rate and ability to quick response to the market.
