Switched reluctance motor(SRM) is a new type of motor, which is rapidly developed with power electronics, microcomputer and control technology. Now, the switched reluctance motor(SRM) is widely used in the fields of electric vehicles, textile industry, coal industry, home appliance industry because of the advantage of its inherent merit, such as the simple structure and strong anti-interference ability.According to some current control technologies, the paper studied the current chopping control, angle position control and the PID speed control. The rotor position detection technology with position sensor has been relatively mature. However, the use of direct sensors leads to additional mechanical structures, which greatly limits the application of SRM.As for the problem of rotor position detection, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various detection techniques, eventually adopted simplified flux method and angle estimation method. But the traditional method of simplified flux has the shortcoming of large torque ripple and small motor torque, therefore, dual-threshold simplified flux method was adopted in the paper. On the basis of the above studies and 6/4 three-phase SRM, the modeling and simulation of the sensor-less rotor position detection method and control strategy is applied with Matlab/Simulink software. Torque waveform, current waveform, the flux waveform and speed waveform are obtained. The simulation results show that methods studied in the paper are feasible. Finally, this paper studied the generation method of embedded code in Matlab/Simulink, and the key custom codes of the research algorithm are generated.
