Asphalt Pavement on Orthotropic Steel Bridge is an engineering roadblock at home and abroad. During the process of engineering, many service time of steel deck pavement are not up to the designed using time. Asphalt Pavement prone to early damage, such as cracking, rutting, delaminating and other diseases which leading to failure of the steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure. It is meaningful to study on reliability design method of orthotropic steel bridge deck asphalt pavement, its structure design, improve its reliability and its using time. In this paper, aiming at the main damage form of the existence of orthotropic steel bridge deck asphalt pavement cracking and interlayer shear slip and taking orthotropic steel bridge deck local beam segments as the research object, using numerical simulation method to analyze the orthotropic steel bridge deck asphalt pavement reliability calculations and proposed design method which is based on the reliability of steel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure and successfully apply in real engineering structure design in the use fixed number of year of the inspection. The main work and research results of this paper are the following:1?Using relatively mature Monte Carlo method to calculate the steel bridge asphalt pavement structure reliability calculation. Through the relevant literature and statistical data collection, analyzed the reliability of computing parameters distributed characteristic of steel bridge asphalt pavement structure.2?Making a brief introduction about steel bridge asphalt pavement structure reliability theory. Constructed a reliability analysis model which is based on the steel bridge asphalt pavement structure and proposed steel bridge asphalt pavement reliability design specifications performance function equation, designed specifications' reliability and probability of the output variable distribution types were analyzed, analyzed sensitivity of the output variable design parameters.3?Established steel bridge asphalt pavement design method based on reliability and using examples to describe.4?Making entity works for data collection and statistics which combined with reliability design method to make reliability analysis and test the completed entity engineering steel bridge asphalt pavement.
