| With the rapid development of our economy, the requirement of the public on the traffic increasing, on the base of meeting the basic travel service and let passengers "able to go", further requirement is put forward to improve transport service quality and levels, let passengers "able to go well". In order to achieve the integration of transport services, traffic hub integrating a variety of modes of transportation has become the focus of the transportation infrastructure construction in china. A large number of typical traffic building has been built throughout the country.AS traffic buildings have features including huge size, complex streamline organization, a wide range of public, it’s more meaningful to develop green design.This paper combs the typical technology and assessment methods of green design at home and abroad, the special meaning of green design in traffic building is studied, on this basis, this paper propose that the green design of traffic construction should first pay attention to the traffic organization and process design, and put it into the green evaluation index system. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the key contents of the green design of traffic construction, and establishes the evaluation index system, including the traffic organization, land saving and the outdoor environment, energy saving and use, water saving and use, material saving and use, indoor environmental quality, construction management, operation management and so on eight aspects.In order to avoid the subjectivity of the index weight coefficient in conventional evaluation method, the paper introduces variable weight coefficients in the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. For a specific traffic building, targeted weight coefficients are used according to its specific characteristics, as to be more scientific and reasonable.According to the characteristics of traffic building, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established, by introducing suitable and practical mathematical tools, the multi-level fuzzy evaluation model with strong objectivity is built. The feasibility of green design and evaluation method of traffic building in this paper is verified through an example. Through the analysis and demonstration of the effectiveness of the technology and assessment on green design on traffic building, this paper provides a meaningful reference for green design on traffic building and lays the foundation of the green design on large-scale traffic junction on perimeter zone. |
