The construction industry is one of the industries with high energy consumption and high pollution.The green transformation and upgrading of this industry have become a major trend.Green building projects have become the main direction of the construction industry reform.However,there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation of the energy-saving level of the project during the development of green building projects,leading to a certain amount of waste of resources and environmental pollution during the development of green building projects.The evaluation of the energy-saving level of green buildings has become a hot issue in current academic research.Based on this,this research mainly integrates the development status of green buildings.By constructing a green building energy efficiency level evaluation index system,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the energy efficiency level of the case green building,which provides a certain degree for the current research on the energy efficiency level of green buildings.Draw on.The main work of this research is as follows.First,based on summarizing the current research status at home and abroad,it points out the research content,research methods and technical routes of the paper;at the same time,it explains the definition of green building,the purpose and requirements of green building development,and the current green building evaluation system,which is for building energy efficiency.The evaluation indicators provide a theoretical basis.The second is to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system based on domestic and foreign literature and South Korean green building evaluation standards;the third is to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a green building energy-saving effect evaluation model.Firstly,the commonly used comprehensive evaluation methods are analyzed and screened;then,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,the process of analyzing the hierarchical structure is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index to construct a green building energy efficiency evaluation system.Secondly,on the basis of constructing a green building energy efficiency evaluation system,taking the Park Hyatt Changbaishan as an example,using the established evaluation system to verify and analyze the feasibility of the system,the final score of the Park Hyatt Changbaishan’s energy efficiency evaluation score is 62.7159 points.,The evaluation level is general,and the energy-saving design is at a general level;environmental energy consumption is at a poor level;building lighting is at a good level;building ventilation is at a general level;building lighting is at a general level.To improve the energy-saving level of Park Hyatt,the hotel needs to strengthen strict management of energysaving materials,strengthen energy consumption monitoring and management,and implement internal equipment updates.This paper takes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the forerunner,combined with the analytic hierarchy process,and comprehensively analyzes the specific projects as cases,selects the main energy-saving indicators of green buildings,and builds the green building energy-saving evaluation system.Under the situation that the entire construction industry is transitioning to green and energy-saving,this research has certain theoretical and practical application value.At the same time,it can make up for the theoretical research on energy conservation in green buildings and evaluate the energy conservation level of the hotel and propose scientific countermeasures.
