Research On Appling Of Fiber Asphalt Chip Seal Layer For Hangjiahu Area

With the asphalt road is more widely used, widespread problem of asphalt pavement diseases is gradually attracting the attention of relevant departments. How to reasonable and effective solve the problem of preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement, has become a problem that must be considered in asphalt pavement design.Asphalt chip seal layer fiber technology can effectively improve the road asphalt pavement diseases problems. Currently, the technology in foreign countries has acquired a great amount of engineering experience, but this technology in China is still rarely used. Relevant design experience is still lacking, there is a great deal of blindness and randomness in actual engineering applications.This paper relies on road pavement maintenance engineering examples G320 of Zhejiang province, investigated the G320 highway pavement surrounding the disease and climatic conditions; analyzed the major diseases of the road and the causes of disease; proposes targeted approach pavement diseases. By adding 1cm layer fiber asphalt chip seal pavement preventive maintenance disease, improved driving conditions, extended the pavement life.According to the subsequent follow-up survey:After using asphalt chip seal layer fiber preventive maintenance technology, the road performance became better, the traffic environment has been greatly improved. This technology effectively pre-blocking infiltration of rainwater damage to the pavement structure greatly slowed the emergence period pavement cracks, greatly extending the life of the road. In addition, the survey showed that:Over time, asphalt chip seal layer fiber weeping and threshing were encountered, and the progressive development of peeling, in addition to the construction quality management, the technology still needs to material selection, determine the amount of material, construction more in-depth research process optimization.In summary, by this project design and subsequent follow-up evaluation, asphalt fiber technology fiber chip seal Dosage was made and reasonable construction was proposed.
