Human civilization from hunter-gatherers to agricultural civilization, industrial civilization, has now entered the era of ecological civilization. China is facing pressure on resources and the environment caused by the rapid development in recent years began to change the mode of development, ecological civilization for a series of major strategic policy documents. In this context, this paper attempts to exploit an ecological point of GIS technology to improve network performance Gaochun Old Town urban green space system as the target, Gaochun old city greenbelt system was green ecological network evaluation and optimization program proposed.One purpose of this study is through the "green parks up evaluation", "Network Connection Evaluation" to analyze the quality of urban green space services and ecological benefits. Another object is to summarize the green ecological network evaluation method that explore a simple and workable, so that GIS technology to play a greater role in the planning, the enhanced planning of new scientific and technical support.The study is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, describes the research of the origin and background, defines the object of study of relevant theories of learning and understanding, identify research priorities and method in this paper. The second chapter focuses on how to improve the network and ecological effect of urban green space system on the basis of current research findings and technical methods which green ecological networks can be used in the present study. The third chapter present situation Gaochun Old City and the surrounding green ecological resources, the status quo green number and scale, the relevant planning, planning Gaochun old city green space system requirements for investigation and analysis and evaluation, to provide a basis for the research proposed green space ecological network optimization scheme. The fourth chapter through the improvement of the layout of green parks, the establishment of ecological corridors proposed optimization program to further improve the accessibility of green parks and ecological connectivity of the network, thereby increasing the overall ecological effects Gaochun old city green space system. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect, the paper summarizes the deficiencies, I hope this pilot study and ongoing research has been further improved.
