Natural resources over-exploited, ecological environment seriously damaged, andclimatic deteriorated are important facts to limiting the city’s growth. Greenecological district became a new urban development model, which can keep citysustainable development. Drive by the low-carbon economy, rapid urbanizationdevelopment requirements, green ecological city trends, our country set off a greenecological district construction boom. However, because of that green ecologicaldistrict’s construction lasts long and needs large-scale investment, the constructionachievement continue is essential to evaluate.Existing relevant research about Green Ecological District construction based ona certain city or lack of construction management evaluation. This thesis takes greenecological district as object and this thesis is divided into three depart: analyzingconstruction achievement, building evaluation index system and establishingevaluation model. The analyze of green ecological district construction achievementinclude management activities during planning, construction and operation, theconstitution of green ecological district and the construction achievement. Greenecological district construction should be discussed to achieve ecological, economicand social benefits. By frequency statistics, expert survey and case studies, buildindex system composed off our dimensions: ecological, economic, social andmanagement effectiveness, which has28indicators. Establish evaluation model todetermine index weight by AHP, and building indicators evaluation criteria, accordingto relevant policies and practices. Finally, the index system and evaluation model areapplied to China-Singapore eco-town to verify evaluation system’s effectiveness andfeasibility.
