Study On Water Environmental Construction And Assessment Of Green Ecological Residential District

Residential district is a reflection of city's civilization and a important symbol of people's culture quality and city's management level. In order to accelerate residential district's sustainable development, green ecological residential district has been paid more and more attention. Which make sustainable development as strategy, protecting environmental sources and harmonizing with surround environmental ecology as topic. And it's core segment –water environment's research is obviously important.In our country, green ecological residential is immature no matter in theory or practice. Water environment system's integrated assessment can provide important foundation for decision-making in ecological district's popularization. So it's urgent for a suitable and simply assessment facility. This paper cut in from "what is green residential district's water environment", analyze and evaluate all related kind of sustainable assessment's model, made the ecological residential water environmental assessment's index system with the help of system method , definite the index's proportion with AHP, reference on related code and level to definite assessment's base point , a multiple-administrative levels, multiple-factors fuzzy integrated assessment model.In the assessment of wastewater's treatment, LCA can not only assess the pollution and ecological impact but also consider the resources and energy's cost and relate it with the global environment to assess a project's advantage and disadvantage from whole view. From this point, it's just cater on the green residential district's principle—ecological well-ordered recycle, realize three integrated benefit--economy, ecology, society. This paper will assess and select green ecological residential district's water environmental through the four stage of LCA—the goal and 's definition, assessment, implication assessment, improvement analysis.According to example, it can not only provide reference date for new-planned residential water environment, but also acquaint decision-maker with the environmental harm degree, ensure wastewater treatment's economical ,technological and environmental advantage .
