| The development of China’s highway has achieved great accomplishment since the highway was erected in 1980 s, it has played an important role in the development of local economy and the convenience of people’s travel. With the rapid development of economy and society in our country in recent years, the demand for the highway is increasing, the existing highway load continuously increasing, the expansion and upgrading of the expressway has become the key work of traffic management department in all areas. In the process of the rebuilt and expanded, traffic congestion, frequent accidents and other issues also began to appear, how to reduce and eliminate the occurrence of such problems by means of good traffic organization on the expansion and upgrading of the expressway is the main contents of this paper are discussed.Firstly, this thesis has a detailed analysis of the following three aspects: the current situation of the highway network in Shi’an and its surrounding rebuilt and expanded districts,the factors that affect the district’s traffic organization, and the tactics of the district’s traffic organization. Secondly, it mentions to set up facilities to organize the traffic on the basis of the features of the district which needs rebuilding and expansion, and to take advantage of the surrounding highway network to come up with solution to highway bypass and speed limit,and meanwhile, to take into account the improvement of the surrounding network and temporary traffic project establishment. Thirdly, it analyzes respectively the Handan district and Xingtai’s regional traffic organization which are both the key districts in the process of project rebuilding and expansion, and it designs according traffic organization solution. Last but not least, based on the above analysis, it puts forward the traffic security measures in Shi’an highway rebuilt and expanded district and the emergency precautions of traffic bypass under different circumstances. |
