With the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s living standards are constantly improving and People’s understanding of the natural environment is also constantly going deep, which not only bring more landscape project but also bring a better development. The high speed development of landscape engineering also bring more fierce competition to the landscape enterprise. The landscape project upgrade from simple green decoration to high quality art project with more aesthetic requirement, which make the landscape construction more difficult. The landscape engineering also has many characteristics, such as comprehensiveness, difficult to management, limitative conditions and extensively materials.Fierce competition, high difficulty construction and immature market take huge risk to landscape project. However, the research on risk of landscape engineering is very little. So,the research on the risk of landscape engineering by using the modern risk management theory is extremely urgent, and then establishing the index system.This paper carry on the research on risk of the construction of landscape engineering by using the modern risk management theory and method. The risk factors on the construction are being distinguished. Then, evaluating the risk of on the construction of landscape engineering by using AHP and multilevel fuzzy appraisement. At last, taking the Bai Ruijing CLD as the example, getting the outcome of the evaluating and putting forward measures and methods.Firstly, through lots of literature and collecting relevant information, the research status at home and abroad are being introduced, which include project risk management and the risk of the construction of landscape engineering. The related concepts of landscape engineering also being introduced, then including the theory, steps and the research method, which is being used to the construction of landscape engineering.Secondly, choosing the proper method to the landscape engineering by the research of different risk management methods. Using the synthetic methods, which combine AHP, check list method and expert questionnaire survey, to identify the risk factor and building the index system. Establishing the evaluating method combining AHP and multilevel fuzzy appraisement, which is used to the construction of landscape engineering.At last, taking the Bai Ruijing CLD as the sample analysis by using the theory and the methods above. Then we can get the outcome of the risk assessment. The outcome show that the level of risk of Bai Ruijing CLD is three, which is moderate risk. And the major riskfactors are low design concept, poor planting, unreasonable material selection, poor quality of project participants, low construction management level, and low supervision management level and so on. By the research we find that the risk management is necessary and the methods above is appropriate.
