With the rapid growth of China's economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standards,the people's requirements for improving the quality of life and living environment are also getting higher and higher.As an important carrier for community residents to contact nature and taste life,the garden landscape has received unprecedented attention.Especially after the state put forward the "carbon neutrality" strategy,from the national strategic level,with gardens and greening as an important carrier,the development concept of low-carbon,ecological and environmental protection has become a new strategic base point for the sustainable development of the real estate industry,bringing new opportunities for the development of the real estate industry,and the garden landscape construction of the real estate industry is evolving from the era of "real estate landscape" to the era of "landscape real estate".Landscape engineering is a terminal project in real estate construction projects,which not only has the characteristics of general construction projects,but also has its own unique characteristics.However,at this stage,there are still some real estate enterprises on the garden landscape construction of insufficient understanding,not enough attention,for the management of landscape projects is too rough,not fine enough,resulting in enterprises in brand building,marketing performance improvement,user experience and social feedback and other aspects of the bad impact,and even many projects still have poor quality of landscape projects,slow progress,high cost and other issues,so it is necessary to prevent its risks through effective management means,while reducing costs and losses,enhance the corporate brand image,Achieve high-quality and sustainable development.Looking at the field of risk management research in recent years,there are relatively few risk management studies specifically for landscape engineering,in order to further improve the management level of landscape engineering and systematically improve the quality of landscape engineering construction,this thesis takes X residential project as an example,based on the analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the landscape engineering risk management is studied,and the quality risk,progress risk and cost risk in the construction of landscape engineering projects of X residential projects are systematically analyzed through risk identification and risk evaluation.It also proposes scientific risk management methods and management guidance measures,hoping to help construction projects avoid risks as much as possible,control losses,provide more important theoretical supplements and practical references for the risk management research of garden landscape construction projects,and provide implementation basis and reference for other similar landscape engineering projects.
