| Locomotive quality network management platform based on informatization is designed to solve the problems affecting productivity and production schedule caused by picking up tickets, approval, review and maintenance links in traditional locomotive maintenance operations. Such as the across-departmental communication, monthly and annual statistics, ticket agent’s handwriting, picking up wrong tickets, wrong tickets retreat, data storage, historical data query, etc. These problems wasted a lot of manpower and time, made a great influence on production efficiency.For this, the locomotive quality network management platform was developed, multi-sectoral coordination and scheduling in the business in the locomotive maintenance were considered in this design. The platform use distributed, multi-platform, multi-communication and multi-authority structure applying "database server + PC program + mobile + touch screen program". The database server used to store data and pictures of failures; PC program, which is responsible for the display of assigned tasks and confirm of check after repair, is for offices in each department. Mobile client application, which is responsible for checking the locomotive failures, taking photos and distributing maintenance tasks, is for failures inspector. Touch screen program, which makes it easier for maintenance men to check out failures and confirm of processing results, is used to pay the car line field,. Distributed is determined by the complexity of the maintenance decision. It is composed of the management departments, quality departments, production departments, the mai ntenance rooms and maintenance spots, etc. Different departments and different businesses share the same system. Multiple platforms is composed of PC and mobile terminal. Multi- communication is wired communications used in PC and wireless communications used in mobile terminal. Multi-authority is different users adopt different permissions.WIFI technology is used eventually to structure architecture locomotive quality network management system of Locomotive Plant. After studying the current traditional problems in locomotive overhaul in QC Department of Locomotive Plant and the advantages of saving human capital, increasing inspection rate and reducing the error rate in informatization, locomotive quality network management platform based on informatization was designed.In this thesis, the system is divided into three parts: the information processing server, the query client functional modules, mobile client modules. Information processing serve is used to storage and manage data, query network communication management between touch screen mobile client and the mobile client, custom and distribute tasks and monitoring and management, statistic information, manage user authorities and complete a variety of operational information blogs,and so on. Client queries system was implemented in touch all-in-one PC hardware equipment to complete the query server communication network management between client and server, manage fingerprint information and assign tasks and work confirm according to the fingerprint information. Client mobile terminal system is a kind of APP function implemented on the tablets or phones to create tasks including car numbers, attachment, receiving teams, failure content, pictures of failures, and modify and delete tasks and test whether the tasks are qualified or not. |
