| With the rapid development of information technology and the service-oriented transformation of manufacturing industry,the maintenance of complex equipment has been paid more and more attention.Locomotive,as an important part of rail transit industry,is a typical complex technical equipment with a long-life cycle and needs multiple maintenance work to ensure safe operation in the life cycle.According to the maintenance technical regulations formulated by China Railway Corporation,the locomotive needs to carry out maintenance work when it runs for a certain mileage or reaches the maintenance cycle.At the same time,because the locomotive product structure is complex,the operation reliability requirement is high,the fault shutdown loss is large,the maintenance level is many and so on,so the simple maintenance plan is not applicable.Therefore,according to the characteristics of actual maintenance business,this essay proposes a multi-level product maintenance planning framework,product maintenance data management model and component level process planning.First of all,starting from the actual problems of locomotive maintenance,this essay analyzes and abstractions the product structure and maintenance mode process of electric locomotive.Aiming at the problems of insufficient abstraction in the existing academic research on locomotive maintenance management,this essay gives an overall abstract description of the problems from the perspective of the system.At the same time,aiming at complex technical maintenance equipment manufacturing enterprises of the poor data management in the actual application,this essay has carried on the reasonable data management model and the repair process technology between process data mapping,can make the maintenance management model in complex equipment manufacturing enterprises in the actual work,the concrete content includes the following three aspects:(1)Establish the framework model of multi-level maintenance plan.Maintenance enterprises usually organize operation and management in the form of orders.In this essay,an abstract product model is constructed from the product structure of locomotive,and a multilevel maintenance planning framework model is established by combining the business process and management mode of locomotive maintenance.(2)Based on the multi-level maintenance planning framework model,the maintenance BOM model was built to realize the management of product data.Firstly,the supporting role of the information to the specific maintenance business process is analyzed.Secondly,the source of maintenance data and the parameter information of maintenance BOM were determined,and the maintenance BOM was constructed considering the preliminary design and manufacturing data of the product.Finally,the mapping transformation mathematical model of overhaul BOM is built,which can transform the data changes of structure and attributes after the overhaul.(3)Based on the information support of the product data management model to the specific parts working procedure,the maintenance planning method and implementation technology of the detachable parts of locomotive considering the time constraints are proposed.The maintenance planning of parts level is abstracted into the operation research problem of process scheduling,that is,the problem of "maximum flow and minimum flow".A mathematical model was established with the minimum maintenance time as the objective function and the tight pretight post-tight relationship of machining procedure as the constraint.The ant colony algorithm was used to solve the problem,and the HXD3 bogie maintenance was taken as an example to analyze and verify the model.The plan management method proposed in this essay is applicable to the order-oriented maintenance enterprises and provides support for improving the data management level of enterprises and preparing maintenance plan. |
