In recent years, wind power generation is developing rapidly in our country, the installed capacity and grid capacity have increased year by year. Wind power plays an important role in energy-saving emission reduction, sustainable development strategy of electric power system optimization of energy structure. At the same time, the issues of wind power waste phenomenon, send in difficulty and poor economic began to arise concern. These issues restricted the healthy development of the wind industry and hit the confidence of investors and practitioners. Therefore, the economic evaluation of wind farm put into operation becomes an important work. This work help us understand the operation, management condition and economic benefit evaluation of wind farm and estimate the core competitiveness of enterprises, to promote enterprise production and business activities to the development of low cost, high benefit direction, vertical lifting enterprise production and management, and promote the healthy development of wind power industry.In view of the present situation of economic evaluation of wind farm on immature and irregular, the characteristics of wind farm output are summarized and analyzed first in this paper, and the cause of the phenomenon of abandoned wind and its influence on the economy of the wind farm is analyzed, too. By reference to the literature, industry standards, other industrial project economic evaluation method and theoretical system, the paper finished with the wind farm operation economic evaluation technology operation and financial index system. According to the characteristics of different index system, the paper put forward the IAHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the direct method to evaluate the work. At last, a practical example is given for the application of the evaluation model, obtained the good effect.
