Design On Car Child Safety Seat Based On Ergonomics

With the development of China's economic construction and the improvement of national living standards,the car as a very important means of transportation are more and more popular.With the increase of car ownership, the problem of the children's traffic accident is increasingly concerned in society.One of the important reasons that cause the children accidental injury is that the safety equipment and measures are designed according to the size of the adult.They can't be used to the children's body size,so it is not effective to protect the children's safety.Experiments show that the use of child safety seat can greatly reduce the child occupant injury,while the research on child safety seat is in the initial stage in China,therefore, the research on child safety seat has its necessity.As a result of the child body is different from the adult,and is in the process of continuous growth and development,the ergonomics theory has the important guiding significance to the research of the child safety seat.Based on the European ECER/04 regulations and Chinanational standard GB27887-2011,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the design of child safety seat with the theory of ergonomics,emotional design,emotional design,and children's damage mechanism.The paper systematically analyzes the design scheme of child safety seat,and makes a description of the model.Finally,the paper draws a visual analysis result by CATIA.The research results of this thesis provides an effective method for the analysis of human performance evaluation of product related enterprises in a child safety seat product design stage.
