| In traffic accidents,child safety seat can effectively protect child occupants when it’s correctly used,the misuse of child safety seat can seriously affect its protection performance and even hurt child occupants.At present,the misuse rate of child safety seat is very high in China and abroad,but there are few studies on avoiding child safety seat misuse,in order to make up for the deficiency of research in this field,based on a conventional child safety seat,this paper designed an intelligent child safety seat which can avoid many misuse modes and meet the requirements of the law GB27887-2011.The conventional child safety seat is fixed by adult belt,this paper installed 4 detection devices at adult cross sites to detect if the adult safety belt is properly fixed,which can avoid adult belt misuse mode;This paper installed 2 detection devices at the child shoulder belt limiting hole to detect if the child safety belt is correctly inserted into the buckle;The child safety seat belt length adjusting mechanism was added,so as to avoid the child safety belt slack misuse mode;Seat backrest angle,headrest and shoulder strap limiting hole adjusting mechanisms were added,so the step motor’s automatic adjustment replaced conventional manual adjustment,which can reduce incorrect operation and simplify the operation process;Besides,a control system based on MC9S08DZ60 was designed in this paper.Combined with Bluetooth module based on CSR8670,this system achieved communication between the control system and mobile phone APP.User only needs to input height of the child occupant,the child safety seat will intelligently adjust to the proper state.The conventional child safety seat simulation model was established by the method of LS-DYNA and MADYMO Coupling,and the frontal impact sled test was made according to GB27887-2011.According to frontal impact test results,the accuracy of the simulation model was analyzed.The analysis mainly included two aspects:First,the error of the injury value between the test and simulation was analyzed;Second,The similarity of the injury curve was analyzed.The results shows that the accuracy of the conventional child safety seat simulation model can correctly reflect the characteristics of child safety seat,which means that the conventional simulation model can be used in further study.Based on the conventional child safety seat simulation model that had already validated,this paper established the simulation model of intelligent child safety seat.Two simulation models which were established above were compared,and results show that head displacement and chest resultant acceleration of the dummy which is protected by conventional safety can’t meet the requirements of the law GB27887-2011.The protection performance of intelligent child safety seat is better than that of the conventional child safety seat and it also meets the requirements of the law GB27887-2011. |
