At present, induction heating power supply has been widely used due to its unique advantages. it is gradually extended to from the area of melting, casting and other traditional industries to semiconductor melting, fiber manufacturing and chemical synthesis and other emerging industries. The development of heating power, heating is moving fast and ultra high frequency, large capacity induction heating power supply also gradually become the future development trend, At the same time, it is research personnel in the near phase by research direction of scientific.In this paper, the research object is based on the high frequency and high frequency resonant inverter with LLC load. This article researches on ultra high frequency induction heating voltage resonant parallel operation based on LLC load and analyzes the inverters' characteristics with different series inductance in theory. It also explores the changing of the inverter commutation angle and LLC quality factors with different series inductance, and studies the changing of commutation angle and power when the inverter input voltage is different. In addition, the article discusses the circulation problem of high frequency induction heating power supply module under different factors and carries out theoretical analysis of the general circulation in different conditions.In order to eliminate the influence of the series inductance of inverter in the same time, the method of controlling the input voltage of the inverter with the DC-DC circuit is designed in this paper. According to the theory it finish the hardware circuit's design and debug. Using VHDL language to write the relevant module program and completed the current closed loop's simulation in QuartusII 9.0. At last, the experimental prototype of the FPGA based on LLC is built and verifies the correctness of theory and design method.
