Since the 12 th Five Year Plan, China's auto parts manufacturing has been rapid development. However, in China's auto parts enterprises exist more than the number of small scale, weak R & D capability, management system is backward, and so on, some enterprises in the process of auto parts projects, a project risk identification assessment leads to the loss of the project, so research on project risk management is imperative.Based on the risk management theory, this paper studies the risk identification and risk assessment of the piston project of the engine according to the characteristics of the piston project of the automobile engine:(1) introduced the Delphi method to carry out the risk identification of piston project. At the same time the introduction of FM company three typical piston project using the Delphi method of risk identification. Three projects for different customer requirements, quality objectives, technical requirements and other aspects of the project, so you can identify the risk factors. First design risk investigation table, list need to identify all the risk factors, and then screened with common risk factors for fifteen, experts from the risk occurrence probability, risk consequence and risk control of three rounds of scoring, and ultimately get the 15 risk factors of value at risk.(2) to the automobile engine piston project identification of risk factors as the basis, the introduction of two typical cases in FM company, risk evaluation based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), puts forward steps of engine piston project risk evaluation. Including the summary of the results of risk identification, determine the risk analysis method, risk quantitative analysis, consolidation of risk analysis to quantify the value, determine the results of risk analysis. First, the risk classification is set up to four levels of the structure model, and then confirm the weight of each two levels of risk and verify the consistency. Finally calculate the total risk value of the two items, and sort.(3) according to the risk of a kind of risk of engine piston project, it puts forward the corresponding risk measures, which makes the theory more practical.
