| Since the reform and opening up, especially in recent years, the level of economicdevelopment continuously improved, and it promote the rapid growth of theconstruction industry. Among them, the safety of construction stage has become theattentive focus of the whole society. The mechanical and electrical installation work isan important part of construction and installation works, and because the largeinvestment, long construction period, many unforeseen factors during the constructionprocess, so the safety issues of electrical and mechanical installation project has beenwidespread concern in society and academia. But now the experience of riskmanagement of mechanical and electrical installation project is inadequate. Therefore,Strengthing risk management, and optimizing risk identification and prevention are theinevitable choices to improve safety level in the phase of electrical and mechanicalinstallation construction.Firstly,taking Beijing XH building mechanical and electrical installation worksfor example, this paper summarize the risk, which faced by the project or potentialrisks from two aspects of external risks and internal risk, based on the analysis of riskfactors. And use the Delphi method to identify the risk that external risks includepolitical risk, economic risk, society risk, internal risks include coordination risk,technology risk, quality risk, deadline risk, cost risk, security risk. Then constructedhierarchical multi-layer structure model based on the recognition result, using AHP toevaluate the identified risks, obtained the highest value-weighted risk assessment is thetechnology risk. And then using the LEC evaluation method to get the sourceidentification risk assessment table, drawing the risk atlas, risk distribution map and portfolio risk characteristics graph to analyze the highest risk work activities andthe major sources of danger. Finally, this paper formulate risk management and controlsystem of the Beijing XH building mechanical and electrical installation works, andpropose countermeasur for specific risk, such as reasonable transfer of external risks,reserving risk fee to mitigate the risk of internal risk.In the light of the present situation that the circulation performance didn’t get themaximum quality of play and the marketization level is still low, this paper want toform a systematic approach for risk management project to provide useful referencesfor improving the safety level of construction projects with similar mechanical andelectrical installation works, combining with the anthe results of the above analysis. |
