The automobile industry has been at the forefront of the manufacturing industry.In order to win market share and improve competitiveness,major automobile manufacturers are constantly introducing new models to meet customer and market needs.In order to improve the quality of vehicle R&D and manufacturing,more and more enterprises have introduced risk management technology,which provides new management ideas for the development of new vehicle projects.With the new risk management method,automobile manufacturers can prevent beforehand,find and solve the problems of product research and development,process,tooling and physical carbuilding in advance,reduce costs,reduce the number of physical verification vehicles,save the cost of physical parts verification,thereby improving product quality and reducing vehicle research and development cost.As an important part of automobile manufacturing process,assembly quality directly affects the safety performance,driving performance,interior and exterior decoration aesthetics and other important indicators of automobile.The assembly line in assembly workshop is also the most complex and expensive part of the whole plant.Therefore,project risk management is of great significance to the development of assembly process,quality improvement and product life cycle cost reduction.In this thesis,the risk management of the general assembly Homeroom project is discussed,different risk identification tools and evaluation models are used to evaluate the risk of assembly Homeroom project.The issues are found in the early stage of the project to reduce the product design and process tooling change and manufacturing problems in the later stage of the project as much as possible.Thereby greatly reducing the cost of product development and manufacturing development.This thesis makes use of the existing research results of project risk management at home and abroad and combines scientific methods to conduct a systematic risk management research on the development risk of assembly Homeroom project.It is mainly divided into the following four steps: 1.According to the operation and management characteristics of the general assembly Homeroom project,the risk management objective of the project is defined.2.Delphi method is used to systematically analyze the obvious or potential risk factors of Homeroom project,and a risk factor summary table is established.3.Risk assessment is a very important part of the risk management.In this paper,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish an analysis model to evaluate the risk factors of the project comprehensively,which lays an effective foundation for the follow-up project risk control.4.According to the result of risk assessment of Homeroom project,and combine the actual situation and corresponding characteristics of the project,put forward the risk control measures.According to the scientific response theory,the key risk factors of the project are controlled and the risk response methods are formulated to ensure the smooth development and implementation of the project.
