| In the view of unreasonable use of water resources,ignored rainwater utilization which caused by water shortage and serious waterlogging disaster in China’s development.October 2014,Ministry of housing and urban rural construction released《The technical guidelines for construction of sponge city》and established the pilot city,then the《sponge city construction performance evaluation and assessment methods》has been issued in July 2015.It provide a basis for developing evaluation of sponge city.This article on the basis of analysis of sponge city concept and connotation,combine the application of theoretical analysis and empirical research、qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis、comprehensive and multi-disciplinary integration research methods on the effects of sponge city construction in Hangzhou.Based on defining the connotation of the city sponge,sponge city characteristics and storage,water purification,water absorption based on the analysis results of sponge city construction evaluation factor connotation;to ensure that the indicators of scientific,dynamic,independent,measurement and cohesion,qualitative and quantitative combination for the construction principle,using frequency statistics method,expert consultation method and theory analysis method to select 19 participating factor,from the water resources,water ecology,water environment,water,water economy and water system with six constructs the sponge city evaluation index system;to determine the weight through AHP,establish the evaluation model of city sponge and applicated in Hangzhou.According to the present situation of the low level of sponge city construction in Hangzhou,propose the advantage of rainwater resources abundant、strong economic strength and good natural conditions.Structure ecological stormwater storage corridor of the West Lake,Xixi wetland,Xianghu;implement green infrastructure,such as green roof and rain garden;preparation the construction planning of sponge city. |
