In the increasingly fierce competition in the market today, products are becoming more and more complex, the scientific and technological content continue to increase, the product development cycle continuously shortening,enterprises need to continuously improve the quality of product design, fast response market demand to develop a low cost and excellent quality of products, to win victory in the market competition.QFD is a product develop method that guarantee customer requirements,automotive clutch was take for an example in this paper, in order to improve the quality of the product design, QFD and FMEA integration model for the method of design automotive clutch were introduced, The specific content includes the following aspects:First, according to the traditional (RPN) determine method exists some shortcomings and deficiencies, a method which combined AHP with rough TOPSIS theory was proposed in this paper. The weight of each factor in RPN was determined with AHP. Then, to solve the fuzziness and uncertainty of expert evaluation in RPN, an improved TOPSIS was proposed based on the rough set theory, the RPN rank and fundamental importance ratings of failure causes for the product failure modes were obtained.Next, Based on improved RPN to establish reliability of House with engineering parameters of the failure cause as engineering characteristics of QFD,part characteristics were determined by means of matrix expansion. Furthermore, concepts of total resource of achieving the improvement target of engineering parameters, total feasibility of achieving the improvement target of engineering parameters and product competitive advantage were introduced, then the fundamental importance ratings of the engineering parameters were appropriately corrected, and the final fundamental importance ratings of the engineering characteristics were determined. Products in the design of key quality characteristic extraction and associated weight calculation, so as to improve the reliability of design products, to ensure the reliability of the customer requirements.Finally, for the diversity of product design, the evaluation and decision method of automotive clutch product design was built based on the theory of information axiom.
