Research Based On The Gravity Model Of Residents' Personal Shelter Mode Choice

Earthquake is a kind of natural disasters,earthquake has features as sudden and strongly destructive and difficult to defense.As research continues, people realized that Efficient asylum will reduce seismic losses, and Influencing people refuge is a complex process. The study of refuge started from aboard, America and Japan are in the international leading level. The resident as a basic composition unit of the city,studying the escape behavior of people which is good to improve the success rate of people seeking asylum, and it will reduce seismic losses. There are many influences of people's escape behavior, For example:Residents' personal attributes, the types of shelters, shelter size, the distance to the shelter, the shelter of the spatial accessibility..The idea of gravity model is originate from Newton's law of universal gravitation,the famous formula for the Law of universal gravitation expatiates the interaction and influence between two space objects.In this formula,the variable is the mass of two objects and the distance of sapce between two objects.There is a saying that gravity model is Spatial-Interaction Model.It's formula is similar to Newton's law of gravitation, so it is called gravity model.The gravity model is the first time used in economic field and gradually become perfect. So far, the gravity model is widely used.Include Economics of International Trade, business, travel,transportation,city analyse and planing.investment,location choice and so on.There is a discuss about the mode of residents shelter selection in this paper. The correlation of the influence factors of residents shelter selection has analysed by SPSS, The results showed that residents' personal attributes has remarkable effect on the choice of the type of shelter,and little influence on the refuge shelter size and distance.Finally, establish the gravity model on this basis.
