Due to the factors of seasons in tension caused by varying temperature,the Overhead Contact System(OCS) in electrified railway power supply system may operate in a low current quality and limit running speed.Therefore,it is necessary to study a new constant tension compensating device to overcome those shortcomings.First of all,a new tension compensation scheme is proposed based on the new Overhead Contact System tension device of AC servo system.in order to surmount the existing defects of the tension compensating devices application in domestic and international.At the same time,with 51 single chip as a controller.two control methods of OCS constant tension are designed based on the Panasonic AC servo system.They are speed mode and position mode.speed mode is speed control mode which is control AC servo motor positive and negative operation through positive and negative voltage.position mode is position control mode which is control AC servo motor positive and negative operation through pulses.Through experiment,the controller based on 51 single chip can't outputs negative voltage control motor continuous negative speed,so the scheme two is better than the scheme one.The allowable maximum and minimum tension can be obtained by some mechanics analysis in OCS.It is designed to pave the way to the set value of tension.And the completion of the constant tension control system in power mechanism is designed and its rationality is verified by some relevant calibrations.After the choice of AC servo system.the new type of tension compensation device is simulated by using a laboratory environment.Then the two running modes in hardware and software are debugged respectively.Especially focus on setting parameters of the system,this paper is carried out.Through the experiments,it is concluded that the position control scheme is better than speed control scheme.Finally,the controller inputs, outputs and other devices are analyzed.The experimental platform can be set up after all the submodule tests are completed.Then,the system is tested on condition of variable tension until the whole constant tension experiment completes.
