| In today’s increasingly competitive market environment,the manufacturing enterprises are in seeking new breakthroughs,through the introduction of new technology,they change the mode of production in order to shorten the production time of the products,improve product quality,with the lowest cost,achieve the best quality of service,and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises themselves.Particularly for the shipbuilding industry,it will cost a huge human resources,material resources and financial resources in the production process.Through the application of virtual reality technology to shipbuilding assembly process,the shipbuilding enterprises can shorten the construction period,reduce construction cost and improve construction quality,bring huge economic benefits for themselves.This paper takes the equipment of the power cabin of a 12000 DWT bulk carrier as the research object.The virtual reality technology and its application in the simulation of assembly process are studied and analyzed;The structure characteristics and the actual assembly process of ship power cabin and equipment are studied and analyzed;Using 3DS Max software to construct the 3D solid model of power cabin and equipment,enhancing the real sense of the model by optimizing and rendering.According to the actual assembly method and the process of the power cabin and equipment in the shipyard,the model animation is made;Using the Unity3 D virtual simulation platform and writing the script program to design the virtual assembly system.The virtual assembly process of power cabin and equipment is realized,and the real-time roaming is realized.Finally,building the design of the virtual assembly system to the PC client.The virtual assembly system designed in this paper can play a guiding role in the actual assembly work of the power cabin equipment.Through the virtual simulation of equipment assembly process,the assembly efficiency of ship equipment can be improved,the overall construction time of the ship is shortened.At the same time,the system can also be used for teaching practice and production training session,it can make students understand the power cabin environment and equipment more intuitively,and enhance the ability of the equipment assembly operating and has the certain practical application value. |
