SJ10 Satellite is the first satellite for space science experiment in microgravity. Comprehensive Electronic Control Unit of satellite is used to control 7 experiment devices finishing the whole experiments in space. The criterion and demand are extremely high for space science equipment. Manned calibration for each equipment is too time-consuming and inaccurate. Aiming at high-efficiency control, automatic calibration system is to the demand.This dissertation proposes a set of automatic calibration system for space science electronic control equipment, serving the SJ10 Satellite comprehensive control unit to get parameters for analog signal sampling. The circuit unit is designed to replace the current manned calibration. This unit can make accurate input for the experiment equipment on calibration via the command sent by its upper computer. Automatic calibration flow is designed to replace human participation in multi-channels calibration based on the single linked list index. The upper computer software is raised to realize the automatic calibration of the analog signals sample units in ECU via improved least square algorithm.The software on calibration circuit is programmed on Keil ?Vision5. Through the serial communication with the PC, the MCU realizes the control of all the minor function units of the circuit. The software on PC is based on the network programming of C# and C# Console Application. The automatic calibration software has the function as follows: network and serial communication with PLCs, displaying operation status, data sampling, and computing results diagrams of the system, etc. From the test on the system, we can reach the conclusion that the accuracy of the automatic calibration system is much higher than manned calibration controlled within 1‰, improving the efficiency of device development. Since the flow meets the standard space experiment flow model and the signal input span of calibration circuits is wide enough to cover most of the controllers, the automatic calibration system has a great universal property in later development in space science.
