In order to fulfill the demand of users for comfort in different seasons,temperatures and humidity conditions,and the requirements of calibration standards of vehicle manufacturers,it is necessary for calibration engineer to choose an appropriate algorithm model,and complete the calibration of control parameters in limited time as well.A kind of software used for the calibration of air conditioning automatic control parameters is designed,based on the requirements of the calibration work in this paper.The main contents of the study are as follows.(1)Setting up of the working environment of basic hardware for calibration,based on the selection of USB-CAN hardware equipment,temperature acquisition equipment,USB serial port equipment and thermal resistance.(2)The realization of the integrated design of automatic control algorithm on the upper computer terminal,the automatic and manual calibration function design of automatic control parameters,and the data interaction with the air conditioning control system through the universal UDS diagnosis protocol,as well as the replacement of the special calibration protocol.(3)The realization of direct display of the load parameters,data table and control curve through the design of software human-computer interaction interface.By doing this,the engineers can observe the control effect,and achieve the combination of subjective review and objective data review through the subjective review button.(4)The data processing function is realized through the numerical processing of sensor,especially the correction of ambient temperature sensor.The realization of functions such as the storage,query,modification,addition and deletion as well as real-time display of collected data and control parameter table through association application of database.Through the realization of the functions above,we can achieve the goals as follows: 1)The reduction of the research and development workload,the research and development cycle,as well as the research and development costs;2)The reduction of the dependence on the engineer's experience,and the enhancement of greatly improved calibrate work efficiency due to the use of convenient tools.
