Marine shafting system is an important part of the marine power plant,which mainly consists of the transmission shaft,the transmission equipment,the supporting parts,the tail sealing device and other accessories.In the process of the operation of the ship shaft system,the stress and load of the complex is to be loaded,and the stress and the load of the bearing should be reasonable.Long service life and operational reliability is to be ensured,the safe navigationof the ship is to be reliazed.In the process of ship construction,the installation and alignment of the marine shafting is always a key project,and the installation and the quality of the shaft directly affect the normal operation of the power plant.In this paper,the supervision and managementof the installation and calibration of the marine shaft of 60 meter patrol ship is studied,the project included tuo parts.The first,the tail shaft sealing device is analyzed,according to the ship structure and the characteristics of the shaft,the shaft seal device is selected,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the shaft seal device are verified by detecting the operating conditions of the shaft.The sendent,the method of selecting the best shafting alignment method,the installation and alignment of the marine shaft be managed,which can not only ensure the quality of the shafting,but also shorten the time of the ship construction and improve the economic performance of the ship.The tail shaft pipe roundness,cylindricity and at both ends of the bearing seat hole coaxial degree were detected and analyzed,on the intermediate shaft,tail shaft and propeller shaft assembly gap and couplet axis for flange and the gear box output flange openings(zigzag)value and an offset value of measurement analysis,and control the quality of the installation and alignment of the marine shaft.At last,the shaft and the shaft seal device is checked by tracking and detecting the operating condition and the dynamic parameters of the ship shaft system.In this paper,the installation and calibration of the marine shafting of the 60 meter patrol ship is the supervised and managed.the installation process and alignment method of the ship shaft system are analyzed,and the existing problems are found out,and the improved method is put forward to provide reference for the construction of similar ships in the future. |
