Study On Bearing Force In Cutter Suction Dredger Shaft Alignment Calculation

In recent years,with the development of the world economy,China’s dredger manufacturing industry has entered a stage of rapid development with high technology as its goal.As a kind of dredger in the world dredging industry,the cutter suction dredger has more technical complexity and advancement in the dredging equipment and dredging system.In order for China to enter the ranks of the world’s dredging powers as soon as possible,the technical reserve of dredging equipment is very important.The cutter shaft is installed in the cutter ladder.Its main function is to drive the construction of mechanical cutter head,which is an important part of the cutter suction dredger.The domestic R&D work on the cutter shaft system is not mature enough,and there are no relevant national norms to impose requirements and constraints on it.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the cutter shafting of one of the core equipment of the cutter suction dredger.The first part of this thesis introduces the overall situation of the cutter suction dredger,and explains the hull,power system,cutter tool system,mud pump conveyor system and steel pile positioning system.At the same time,combined with the empirical formula method,the cutting principle of the cutter head and its working load calculation are discussed.In the second part of this thesis,a cutter suction dredger with a cutter power of 2000 kW is taken as the research object.The force of the cutter ladder and the cutter shaft of the cutter suction dredger is analyzed and calculated under the working condition.Establish a finite element model and try to find the analysis and calculation method of the bearing force that can be applied to the cutter shaft.The research results in this thesis can be used to guide the design and optimization of the cutter shaft system,and also provide a reference for the alignment calculation of the cutter shaft system.
