Study On The Chongqing Haier Road Comprehensive Improvement Project Risk Management

Based on Haier Road Overhaul engineering,Haier Road comprehensive treatment project,which treats the Haier Road comprehensively and thoroughly,aims to bring about a neat and tidy image.And this essay,as a reference for Company J when making formulate coping-strategies,will discern and assess its risk,develop a risk assessment system and quantify its risk.The main content of this article are:(1)using the Delphi method,this paper identified the Haier road comprehensive improvement project including project financing risk,the risk of project exploration and design risk,risk of project cost,project quality risks,project safety risk;Also identify the elaboration risk at the same time,build up two layers of project risk evaluation index;(2)using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper calculates the two layers of indicators of risk weighting,to build the project risk evaluation system;(3)using the fuzzy synthetic method,the paper gives the comprehensive score of 74.18 points,the evaluation of class C(in general),namely the project risk,within the scope of the accept,need for project risk bigger place partial adjustments,and adjust the local project risk control system;(4)fuzzy synthesis also concluded that the project risks,which need to pay special attention to the risk of rising raw material prices,wages rate,additional quantities;Finally,against these risks,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.This article research results can provide reference for highway construction projects is the huge risk control;Builds project risk evaluation system,this paper can be directly applied to highway construction project,for project risk assessment.At the same time,the theoretical basis of the research theory and method of risk management for highway construction,examine the feasibility of the application of related theory in the project practice,promote the integration of theory and practice of project risk management.
