Because of CVT's good fuel economy,comfortable driving,combined with the advantages welcomed by the auto manufacturers,and it's one of automatic transmission which passenger cars used mostly.With the rapid development of automotive electronics technology,electronic technology in the transmission is more widely used.To produce a new type of continuously variable transmission in this context-a purely mechanical electronically controlled continuously variable transmission(EM-CVT).EM-CVT control system is carried out in this article firstly,describes the mechanical structure gear transmission principle of EM-CVT mechanical systems,and realization of the clutch control structure and speed control structure EM-CVT were analyzed.Researches on control strategy of CVT were analyzed to determine the ratio of the control method.In the third chapter,the EM-CVT control requirements are analyzed,and defines hardware pins,clears its control objectives,determines the selection and acquisition mode of EM-CVT control parameter.In this paper,there is a simple analysis and research for control strategy of EM-CVT electronic control system,and analyzes the overall function of EM-CVT control system to determine the structure and design of the control software based on the total function,defined software modules,including sensor control module,the main logic control module,the second execution logic control module and a control module.Secondly,there is a brief introduction of the current pattern of several commonly used software development tools,basic software is the basis for all EM-CVT controller code,since the conventional manual coding development model is no longer adapted to the current automotive electronic products,therefore it elaborated based ETAS family of V-shaped development model development platform,using ASCET automotive embedded software development platform for the establishment of control systems software model,initialization from application software products designed to rely on graphical modular approach simplifies the complexity of the design model.Fourth,fifth and sixth chapters are the main contents of this paper,the use of the ASCET software development platform for embedded automotive electronic control system modeling,control strategy based on an analysis of the composition of software modules designed,respectively,to complete its sensor control module,the main logic control module,the second logic control module and actuator control module to achieve functional modeling,and their respective off-line simulation model.Finally,the work done in the full text of this article was summarized by EM-CVT control system uses ASCET modeling platform for software development,this paper presents the advantages of modeling and shortcomings of present work and future work We need to improve to make a presentation and discussed.
