| Product innovation is the key of whether the enterprise can be successful in the market economy.In the process of product design, how to do the innovation activities better, is one of issues ofdesigner concern. Currently more and more enterprises use the CAI technology to realize the product innovative design. The generation of innovative ideas is the key of using the TRIZ theory to realize the innovative design. But in the process of product innovation based the CAI technology; the generation of innovative ideas is not aninevitable and natural process.The generation of innovative ideas is determined by many factors. In the CAI environment, how to capture the focus of attention to generate the innovative idea faster is the important point of the study.This article discussed the generation of innovative ideasfrom the perspective of cognition,summarized the factors of affecting the generation of innovative idea, used and improved these factors reasonable to make the designer generating the innovative ideas faster. The representation andtimeliness of knowledge affect the generation of innovative ideas, so how to represent the knowledge accurately and to make the designer getting more valuable information to capture the focus of attention faster.In this paper, research status of the conceptual design and the CAI technology were discussed firstly. The factors of influence the innovative ideas were summarized through the study of the cognitive process model of the innovative ideas generation, and then the idea from instrumentation level was proposed to study the generation of innovative ideas.The function model based on the assembly relation was set up.The components information, the assembly relation and the relation between components in the product were be analyzed, and then the function modelwas built.The product was analyzed with the help of the function model. The corresponding componentswereextracted through the adverse effects relationship is determined. The component informationassociated with adverse effects componentswere extracted and displayed, and then captured the attention of designers to generate the innovative ideas faster.Multidimensional product information modelwas built. The semantic information, function and structure of informationwere integrated and stored together. Through the study of knowledge expression, thearticlerepresented the knowledge using the object-oriented information description.The semantic information, function and structure of information were stored together.From this way when the designers browse the semantic information, at the same time they also are able to view the product model. The product can be represented much more visual, the designer can obtain the useful information faster. The structure information must be encoded to make the structure information digital for the later study of the structure information push.The push technology based on the representation of knowledge was discussed in thispaper.Knowledge push include two parts: first is the push of the semantic information. Through the instance information isrepresented in accordance with the specific attribute information, the similarity of each instance is determined according to the calculation of similarity function, and screens the similar instances according the certain threshold, and then push instance in line with the threshold to designers.Moreover the instance is retrieved with the key word of the instance, and the similar instance is pushed to the designer. The second is the push of the structural information. The structural information is very important for designer to generate the innovative idea. Relatively the structural information is vivid and intuitive;the designer can obtain certaininformationto generate the innovative ideaaccording to the effective structure information.Finally, the development of computer aided innovationsystem was completed.The theory and the computer aided innovation system were verified through the portable cotton-picking machine. |
