In recent years, with the increasing demand of all types of energy, and energy production and the growth rate is much lower than the growth rate of building energy consumption, especially in building energy saving and environmental protection work has become a major issue for sustainable development of the national economy. The proportion of energy consumption in the building envelope energy in thermal conductivity caused by large, and the wall is an indispensable building envelope, insulation wall materials innovation and technology must meet the requirements of building energy efficiency, wall building energy required to new wall insulation materials and advanced technology based.Sinteed shale and construction waste insulation block's(Hereinafter referred SSCW insulation block) main construction waste raw material is shale, soil Shield, fly ash, after crushing, vibration, extrusion, molding an abrasive multi-hole self-insulation block. In the summer and cold winter in Hunan Province and other areas used by the block as a non-load-bearing exterior walls can not add other insulation materials can achieve the goal of building energy efficiency. In this paper, based on the test, combined with software simulation analysis, a comprehensive study analyzed the basic properties of the SSCW insulation block insulation properties and mechanical properties of masonry, etc., for blocks provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and use, mainly for the following work:(1) In this paper, in terms of wall insulation performance and engineering applications, such as blocks bulk and size, pass, porosity and pore arrangement, such as systems analysis, design can meet the requirements of building energy SSCW insulation block;(2) Analysis the thermal properties and single brick stress for that designed herein SSCW insulation block with three common pass the block by the two software named ANSYS and FLUENT, obtained SSCW insulation block all aspects of performance is superior to other blocks of three common pass;(3) By testing for SSCW insulation block, including the determination of bulk strength test study, compressive and shear strength and failure mechanism;(4) Sintering shale soil shield insulation block of engineering applications, for energy and economic analysis of the SSCW insulation block brick masonry buildings and ordinary homes, demonstrated sintering shale soil insulation shield puzzle promotion of the feasibility of the block.
