The Application Research On Plantmix-tabia Basement In Highway Construction

The pavement basement is the main bearing layer of flexible pavement and semi-rigid pavement,that properties directly affect the service life and the performance.Therefore,the hydraulic combined aggregate and soil treatment has been used to apply for the pavement basement and subbase in lots of countries.There are two main reasons.Firstly,with the increase of vehicle weight and traffic volume,modern pavement carrying capacity put into higher and higher requirement.The flexible pavement basement and rigid pavement basement with hydraulic combined aggregate treatment,more adapt to modern heavy traffic need.Secondly,it can reduce the quantity of high quality stone material and the damage of the natural environment,and also can save lots of construction fund,through the application of the pavement basement with hydraulic combined aggregate treatment.Soil mixture agent has become a plant mixed effect of high-tech materials,through many years of practice,which has a history of more than 10 years.Although the application of soil mixer agent achieved domestic and overseas successful experience,but the application of this technology in the northeast cold areas are not mature enough.It is necessary for soil mixer agent to research the mix ratio design,the road performance and the construction craft in deeply.Through the research this project,it can combine the actual situation of northeast area pavement construction technology and the specific characteristics of high efficiency and reasonable application in road engineering,exert its maximum effectiveness.This project discusses that mix plant effect and technical performance by the experiment,main research contents are as follows:(1)The experiment of tabia mix plant mix ratio design;(2)The research of road performance;(3)The research of construction craft for soil mixture agent basement and subbase.With the support of provincial highway bureau,and the cooperation of Tieling city highway management,the research of tabia mix plant completed two test roads,a total of 20 kilometers,which test site mainly in Tieling Xiongguan village and Huludao Nanpiao area.According to the Beijing-Shenyang highway through Gaotaizi town of Nanpiao area tertiary traffic road construction project,this paper research on the application of tabia mix plant basement base construction technology,through pavement condition detection,the indicators qualified test road,and verify the feasibility of the technology.
