With rapidly developed of expressways in China, fast growing in traffic volume and serious vehicle overloading, the highway pavement construction has posed a serious challenge. However in Asphalt Pavement Engineering. There are various pavement disease emergence in the process of using. Mostly, it did not meet the design service life period, generally early damage occurred. Therefore, as pavement engineering researcher, we presented with Superflex-modified asphalt binders derive from the pavement's self problems and used new pavement materials LASTIKA-13 grading.The article is accordance with test procedures for testing the performance of raw materials, which is meet the technical requirements. Then, apply to LASTIKA-13 gradation optimization design by using Orthogonal experimental design, Uniform Design and Stage filling theory. After then, compare LASTIKA-13 with AC-13-?and AC-13-? of modified asphalt mixture gradation. Experiment with High temperature rutting, Low temperature tensile test, Immersion Marshall Test, Freeze thaw splitting test and Midpoint load bending test of small Beam. First, we evaluate dynamic stability under three temperature the temperature performance. Second, using Flexural tensile strength, ultimate strain and the Low temperature sensitivity evaluation to assess the low temperature performance. Third, Water stability is test by Marshall residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting intensity ratio. Last, fatigue resistance is accord to what the relationship between different stress and fatigue life which correspond to different stress. What the test show that LASTIKA-13 modified asphalt mixture have high temperature stability and low temperature anti-cracking performance as well as the ability to resist water damage. More than that, it also it also can performance fatigue properties and can effectively extend road life, while also taking into account certain economic benefits.This article mainly based on Xiangxiang Shuifu temple tourism connector engineering, After a series of field tests, we determine the production mix of LASTIKA-13 which is used fo the test road paving projects. Timely follow-up testing have maked by us after test road paved. By test the Flatness, Deflection, Water seepage,Skid-resistance and Take Core, the date show that the LASTIKA-13 modified asphalt mixture's road performance is very good. Therefore,the article can provide a new reference and help in the future provide with Superflex asphalt mixture application in related projects...
